Privacy notice

ActionWarden is an early-stage concept. This notice explains what happens to the information you share through actionwarden.com.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

What we collect

When you apply for an early pilot, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, team size, agent rollout stage, a description of the sensitive action you want to gate, your agent and tool stack, your preferred timeframe, and your consent choices.

Please do not submit credentials, API keys, tokens, customer data, or real payloads. The form attempts to detect common secret formats and asks you to remove them.

Why we use it

We use your application to evaluate whether a pilot is a good fit and, because you gave permission, to contact you about that application. Permission to follow up is required to apply and covers only this application.

No marketing lists

Applying does not subscribe you to anything. We do not add applicants to newsletters, marketing emails, or outreach campaigns. We contact you only about your pilot application.

Where it goes

The site is hosted on Vercel. Applications are forwarded from our server to a destination we configure, such as a form-automation service, CRM, or email workflow tool, where we review them. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies.

Analytics are disabled by default. If we enable them, we record only anonymous event names (for example, that a call-to-action was clicked or the form was submitted) and the page path. We do not record form contents, personal data, query strings, IP addresses, or visitor identifiers. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no events are recorded at all.

How long we keep it

We keep application details only as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your application, and we delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by replying to any message we send you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
